    A typical approach that has worked well for many clients starts with two simple sessions approximately one week apart to give the weight loss effort momentum.  This is followed by sessions approximately four to six weeks apart until the weight loss goal is reached.  
    The approach is flexible and readily adaptable to your needs. In addition to unhealthy eating behaviours, emotional issues involved in overeating may also be addressed.

    Virtual Gastric Band Hypnosis works on the basis of convincing the brain that a gastric band is in place, creating a situation whereby you feel full much more quickly and stop eating.  The basic premise is the limiting of food intake.  It can be very effective and as a treatment it is regularly requested.
