Regardless of the purpose of your visit you will always feel welcome, valued and respected.
Typically we will briefly discuss the issue you wish to address so that I can familiarise myself with your requirements and begin, with you, to formulate the most effective approach. I then explain how the likely approach or approaches work so that you have an understanding of how I can help you.
Once you are happy with this we both sign an agreement which outlines the basis on which we will work, including typical therapies and approaches used, number of sessions required, my duty to you, confidentiality, and indeed your role in the process.
I then go into your requirements in more depth using a questionnaire. This tends to flesh out the issue and make it more available for change.
If you are in for a single session process such as Stop Smoking or Nail-biting we then complete the session using the appropriate approach, which for single sessions is usually Hypnosis, although it can involve other techniques.
For issues that need more than one session we begin the process of creating the change you are seeking. This can be quite an adventure and clients are often surprised at the ease with which old and seemingly stuck issues can resolve, sometimes in that first session.
Regardless of the issue or the number of sessions required, you will be working in an environment which is pleasant, safe and where you feel supported.

Cancellations prior to one day (24 hours) before appointment time incur no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment time will attract a cancellation fee.
